A Soundview resident and local advocate is releasing one part of a seven-part children's book series.

The first book, called 'The Kimble Krew's Water Adventure', was released at One Love in Soundview.

The writer, Jonathan Kimble, was born and raised in the Soundview Houses. He now works as an outreach worker with Stand Up to Violence.
