A police shootout yesterday that killed double homicide suspect Jason Pass is being investigated by the state attorney’s special investigation office.  

Pass was reportedly pulled over in Gravesend, attempting to flee the officers before charging at them with a knife. Officers shot and killed Pass during that incident.
