STORM WATCH: Foggy morning kicks off stormy weekend in The Bronx

The Bronx will see periods of rain and cloudy skies throughout Friday.

It's foggy and mild this morning. Temperatures are in the low to mid-60s.
Clouds and morning dense fog will give way to midday/afternoon scattered showers and isolated strong to severe thunderstorms. The best chance of seeing wet weather will be around 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Storm threat diminishes after sunset, but temperatures will remain mild in the mid-60s.
Saturday will be stormy and steamy. Scattered strong to severe storms will move through the area during the midday and evening hours. There’s still some uncertainty with the exact timing. It will be noticeably muggy through the first half of the day. Temperatures will be warm in the upper 70s to near 80 degrees.
Sunday will be comfortable with low humidity, sunshine and pleasantly mild temperatures in the 70s.
It turns cooler early next week with highs below seasonable. There's a chance of wet weather by the midweek.

Tonight: Mostly cloudy, cool and calm. Lows near 64.
Saturday: Peeks of sun, feels warm and humid. Midday/afternoon spotty storms. Highs near 80. Lows near 60.
Sunday: Mostly sunny and mild. Breezy. Highs near 74. Lows near 59.
Monday: Bright, mild and comfy. Highs near 70. Lows near 54.
Tuesday: Partly sunny and mild. Highs near 69. Lows near 56.
Wednesday: Partly sunny and cooler. Chance of showers. Highs near 65. Lows near 53.
Thursday: Mostly cloudy, much cooler. Chance of showers. Highs near 63. Lows near 51.
