Students in the Bronx are getting the chance to get experience in the tech workforce to make sure they are prepared for life after high school.
AT&T teamed up with Dream Yard, a Bronx-based program focused on creating opportunities for local families. Through the program, 20 students are getting technical training.
Some students say this experience is even helping with their communication skills.
This is the first time AT&T has done a program like this in the Northeast.
