NOW: Bright, breezy and mild this afternoon with highs in the mid-70s.

NEXT: It stays mild and comfortable through Friday with plenty of sunshine. A coastal storm system along the southeastern coast could bring swaths of rain, gusty winds, high surf and flooding concerns this weekend.

Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Darryl Green says the midweek is gorgeous with highs in the mid-70s under a sunny fall sky. There is a high rip current risk for ocean-facing beaches until 9 p.m. tonight.
