NOW: Bright, breezy and mild this afternoon with highs in the mid-70s.
NEXT: It stays mild and comfortable through Friday with plenty of sunshine. A coastal storm system along the southeastern coast could bring swaths of rain, gusty winds, high surf and flooding concerns this weekend.

Friday: Increasing clouds, breezy and mild. Highs from the low- to mid-70s.
Saturday: Rainy and breezy with highs around the mid-60s.
Sunday: Clouds and showers. Highs from the mid-60s to the low-70s.
