A former Co-Op City man accused of killing his wife turned himself in to police Friday.
William DaVila is being questioned by officials about the slashing death of his estranged wife, Leonida DaVila, 39. The Co-Op City resident was found in the passenger seat of a sport-utility vehicle in a Lower East Side parking garage Tuesday. Police say she had slashes to her head, neck and body.
Charges are pending against DaVila.
