The latest wind reports:
The monster Nor'easter officially reached blizzard criteria this morning and dropped more than 20" of snow in Westchester County. Although the worst of the snow and wind is well behind us, gusty wind will continue to blow snow and make cleanup challenging.
The storm will be pulling away through the day with gusts 25 to 35 mph through the evening.
Overnight, temperatures will dip well below the freezing point. This will make the snow hardened up and become difficult to remove Tuesday. Tuesday is partly cloudy and breezy but chilly throughout the day.
