Tenants rallied against a landlord who has nearly 100 outstanding violations at a Mott Haven apartment complex Monday.
The group who lives inside of 386 East 139th St. say conditions inside of their building have gone from bad to worse.
Members of the "South Bronx Tenant Movement" rallied outside the building demanding their landlord address the 92 open violations the city has issued against him; 56 of them since the month of February.
Tenants say the building is infested with rats, holes in the walls, leaky pipes and no heat.
They plan on taking legal action against their landlord.
News 12 has reached out to the landlord and is waiting to hear back.
