Some residents at the St. Augustine Apartments, located at 571 E 167th Street, say they are enraged with management.

Debra Hodge, Felicia Sap and Andrea Graham are all tenants on the ninth floor of the building. They say the only two elevators in their building have been out for two weeks now.

A sign posted by management in the lobby says the elevators stopped working Jan. 18 due to water damage. It say's they are waiting for the parts to make the necessary repairs, but there is no clear indication as to when the elevators will be back up and running.

These women say using the stairs has been daily struggle, making it difficult to do simple activities like bringing groceries up to their homes. They are hoping that at least one elevator will be fixed soon.
