A Long Island man was arrested, accused in the hit-and-run death of a bicyclist in Williamsburg earlier this year.

Luis Machado was charged with leaving the scene of an accident after he allegedly struck and killed 32-year-old Alexandra Huggins on Sept. 27.

Huggins, 32, was riding her bicycle when she was struck by a blue Tesla.

EMS took Huggins to NYC Health + Hospitals/Woodhull where she died.
