New York celebrated the 50th anniversary of the The Allman Brothers Band at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday evening.
The celebration included original members Jai "Jamoie" Johanson (drummer) and Chuck Leavell (pianist).
The Allman Brothers Band was a revolving door of musicians after the untimely death of Duane Allman and Berry Oakley. Tuesday's show brought back together Warren Haynes, Derek Truck (nephew of original member Butch Trucks) and Oteil Burbridge, along with special guest Reese Wynans best known from Stevie Ray Vaughn's Double Trouble.
