A Thornwood neighborhood was left with no power after strong winds caused a car crash Saturday.
Both a tree and power line fell, which caused the car accident around midnight.
The vehicle was a silver Sedan and is currently lodged beneath a utility pole.
According to Con Edison's outage map, surrounding the intersection of Kensico Road and Linda Avenue, there are more than 100 customers without power in Thornwood.
In Orange County, a tree fell on power lines right outside a home in Wallkill.
Fortunately, the lights stayed on inside and no one was hurt.
In other parts of Orange County, there were more reported downed trees which caused scattered power outages.
Saturday's storm passed more north, so there is no major damage reported so far in the Hudson Valley.
Con Edison says restoration of power in the Thornwood neighborhood will happen around 3 p.m. Sunday.
