As we
approach one decade since Superstorm Sandy, Throgs Neck residents
remember just how devastating it was for their waterfront community.
Construction
is now underway to build a new seawall at the end of Vincent Street. This
structure will replace the previous aging sea barrier that weathered storms
over the years.
