Looking outside on this Tuesday. Hope. Yeah. You know, the rest of the morning and into the afternoon doesn't look too bad. Just a cloudy sky, few peaks of sunshine if we're lucky. But the warmth and humidity, that's what you're feeling. It's feeling clammy out there. So definitely take it easy as you're stepping out the door. Our weather to watch is for this evening, we have an isolated risk for strong to severe thunderstorm, damaging winds, 40 to 60 MPH, small hail and not expecting any tornadic activity. But in terms of rain, we did get a lot of rain last night, anywhere between half an inch to over an inch and a half over a portion of the city and even over portions of our local area. And so far this month, we're actually above normal for rainfall. So normally we're supposed to see two 0.15 inches of rain, but we got 2.32 inches of rainfall, but we're still in a deficit for rain since the year started. That leaves us still with the drought, moderate to abnormally dry, drought conditions over portions of our area. The latest drought monitor will be coming out on Thursday and we'll get a better picture for where we stand based on how much rain that we got this past weekend and overnight. So today, not a bad day, just feeling the warmth, the stickiness, not seeing that bright, beautiful sky that we like. And we're also experiencing that humidity. There's an isolated chance for some strong to potentially severe thunderstorms this evening after 7 p.m. and then it begins to quiet down overnight. Waking up to some clouds, temperatures near 69 degrees and the winds are out of the northeast near 5 to 10 MPH. Tomorrow afternoon, temperatures near 82 degrees. 83 plenty of sunshine to enjoy lower humidity. Even taking us into our Thursday, Friday have the chance for some more wet weather. And then Saturday and Sunday, it is going to look and feel amazing. I'll have more new forecast coming up.
