Families on Thanksgiving enjoy stuffing, turkey and all the other fixings, but afterward their waistlines may show the effects of all that food.
News 12 Brooklyn reporter Katie Cummings spoke to a personal trainer about what you can do to stay in shape.
Trainer Edward Louis-Charles says you don't need a lot of equipment to work out and that beginners should start slow.
"All you really need is a dumbbell or two, and then you really want to make sure you're just working out your own body, using your own body weight," Louis-Charles said.
