News 12 received exclusive video of wanted suspects in a violent convenience store robbery in Brooklyn Wednesday.
Police are searching for two men who ran into the store at 538 Hegeman Ave. early Wednesday morning and took over $700 in cash and around $1,000 in merchandise.
Two masked men were seen on video running inside to Penn King Convenience around 5:44 a.m., pushing up on deli glass and breaking it. Authorities say the suspects threatened the employee inside with a firearm.
The store's employee, with today being his first day on the job, told News 12 he was struck in the face and had his wallet containing $200 taken. The cash register, with $500 inside, was also taken.
The suspects are still at large.
