Students and parents say they're afraid about safety at a busy crosswalk used to get to school in Norwood.
They say the crossing signal never changes at East 205th Street and Webster Avenue.
The city's Department of Transportation designed the T-shaped intersection as a so-called 24-hour crosswalk, but residents say they want it to run like a standard crossing.
There are two schools nearby and just one crossing guard.
The DOT says it is considering changes.
