The Washington Heights Armory COVID-19 vaccination spot is accepting walk-ins Saturday for New Yorker over the age of 18 who've been wanting to get their COVID-19 vaccine.
You can walk in with your government-issued identification at the entrance on West 169th Street. But if you want to take advantage of this opportunity, you'll need to act quick as these walk-ins are only available today at the site.
The site will be administering the Pfizer vaccine for those who walk in and it will be operating until 4 p.m. this afternoon.
Across the city, there are many vaccine appointments available, which has led officials allowing for more walk-in appointments.
Mayor Bill de Blasio says he is hoping to make it as easy as possible for New Yorkers to get vaccinated.
His goal is to have 5 million New Yorkers fully vaccinated by June.
