Mayor Bill de Blasio says the Restaurant Revitalization Program supports 1,000 unemployed and underemployed restaurant workers affected by the impact of COVID-19.
There were 100 restaurants initially selected. They mayor says there is a focus on NYC communities hardest hit by COVID-19.
