Christmas has come early at the House of Holiday – a one-stop shop just over the Brooklyn and Queens border in Ozone Park.
The store, which has been around since the 1990s, has hundreds of Christmas trees and decorations that are sure to make the holiday brighter.
Store owner Larry Gurino says the idea to open the store came from growing up selling Christmas trees with his father. He says COVID-19 measures are in place to ensure the safety of his customers.
Gurino says he hopes his shop can help people that are looking to escape into some holiday cheer this year.
“You can get away from any problem…that's a warm, fuzzy feeling and I think everybody needs that this year," he told News 12.
