The CDC has issued some recommendations. See the list here.
But are these steps enough to keep everyone healthy?
News 12's Danielle Campbell was joined by Dr. Sharon Nauchman in the New Normal Show this morning.
"This year you may not want to wear the costume mask that came with the costume, but rather wear a correct mask either paper or cloth and perhaps decorate it to match your costume. Because those routine masks that come with your costume, they're just not effective this year," says Dr. Nauchamn.
Dr. Nauchman is an international leader in the area of pediatric infectious disease, the chief of Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases, and director of the Office of Clinical Trials for Stony Brook Medicine.
