up to 30 mph and high temperatures near 51 degrees. Lows will be near 39.
MONDAY: A cold but sunny
start. Feels-like temperature around 30 for the AM. Clouds quickly arrive for
midday; showers arrive by the evening. Highs around 55. Lows around 45.

TO WATCH: Moderate-to-heavy rain early in the morning, tapering
to showers by late-morning. Rain ends by mid-afternoon with a few peeks of sun
