SNOW SUNDAY: Expecting more winter weather for Sunday, creating slick and slippery travel from throughout the day. Snow will be steady throughout the day, mainly being light with moderate periods, especially in the early afternoon.
Following this system, a colder and quieter pattern takes hold with temperatures staying well below normal for Martin Luther King Jr. Day and much of next week.
Tonight (STORM WATCH): Mostly cloudy, cold, and light wind. Snow is expected to develop overnight. Temperatures fall into the upper 20s to low 30s.
Sunday: Cloudy with steady light snow that will have moderate periods, especially later in the day. Temperatures range from the upper 20s to low 30s.
Monday (MLK Day): Mostly sunny, colder, and windy in the evening. Temperatures range from the upper teens to the low 30s. Wind chill values will be in the teens.
Tuesday: Sunny but very cold. Temperatures range from the low teens to the low 20s.
Wednesday: Mostly sunny early with increasing clouds later. Temperatures range from the upper 20s to the low 30s.
