Cold and blustery weather conditions swept across the Bronx on Monday.
News 12's Ali Bauman was at Frank's Soup Bowl in Williamsbridge and spoke with Frank Ward Jr., one of the shop's owners. He says the soup spot is known for Jamaican classics like jerk chicken, oxtail and curry goat.
He is hoping for more business as the snowy weather continues.
