Lily Woo needs a kidney, again. She’s searching for a donor by placing billboards all over the city.

You can see her billboards on the Belt Parkway, the Cross Bronx or Times Square. Woo has been on dialysis for years and was on the donor waiting list for around five years. She got a kidney from a deceased donor but it didn’t take well and she’s now in need of new one, ideally from a living donor.

Woo is a retired teacher and active in the community. She’s hoping to get the life-saving transplant and get back to all the activities she loves.

"I really am hopeful that something will happen. I'm not that young, you know. It's very scary when you think about having a number to the days you have left," said Woo.

Unfortunately, Woo's family doesn't have a compatible blood type and can't donate. She needs an O-positive donor.

If you want to learn more about Woo and help her find a donor you can visit her website.
