Round one of rain is now done and the he next round of rain hits by Saturday afternoon. This next round will be a little more robust and bring up to 1 inch of rain or more to the southern half of the state.
Saturday morning starts off mostly cloudy. The showers move in from south to north after 12 p.m. This rain will be moderate to heavy through 9 p.m. Roads will be wet, and visibility will be reduced at times, so please take it slow.
Showers may linger early Sunday for coastal areas. The sky will start to clear during the afternoon. Temperatures will start to slide and fall on gusty winds at night.
Monday will feel more seasonable with a return to temperatures in the lower 40s.
