After several reported racist and bias incidences, a Bronx university is trying to increase tolerance on and off-campus.

Concerned students and staff at Fordham University came together Wednesday night to address concerns of several reported bias incidents.

The university is currently investigating a troubling incident that reportedly took place in a non-university housing site involving students.

Video shows a group of Fordham University students that are heard shouting "white power" several times.

A zero-tolerance rally was held on campus this evening.

Last month, the university's president addressed the issue in an open letter to students and faculty.

"I make no apologies for racism, misogyny, homophobia, nor indeed any kind of bigotry nor act that devalues another person or group," the letter read. "Again, those in the university community who commit such acts will face the appropriate disciplinary proceedings, in addition to whatever criminal charges are brought, when appropriate."
