When you have more than three million people watching the Thanksgiving parade live, and another 50 million or so watching from home, having the right floats makes all the difference.

This year, five new floats will debut during the parade and News 12 got to see them inside the Macy's Parade Studio in Moonachie. Students from the Robert L. Craig Elementary School in Moonachie also got a first-hand look at the new floats to be featured a week from Thursday.

The floats include Blue's Clues & You! by Nickelodeon, The Brick-changer by The Lego Group, Home Sweet Home by Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Rexy in the City by Coach and Toy House of Marvelous Milestones by New York Life.

Coach is the first luxury brand to have a float in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
