Bronx Kmart employees and some shoppers offered their take on solutions for wrapping oddly shaped or larger gifts this holiday season.

Sometimes there's no easy way to wrap a big gift, Kmart employees say, but there are simple solutions.

Tai Poonpoolpoke, a Kmart employee, says one solution may be to use large gift bags as an alternative to wrapping the gift. For items that are too small like a piece of jewelry, she recommends placing the item into a box and then wrapping it. 

Bronx shoppers inside the store say sometimes they don't even wrap their gifts. 

Robin Ladson, a Bronx resident, says she uses tissue paper and gift bags because she stopped wrapping gifts. "My days of wrapping gifts are over," she says.

Others say if the item is still too large and it doesn't fit inside a bag to just place a bow on top of it.
