Some residents in Concourse Village say they're frustrated after a series of car break-ins on McClellan Street.
"Any time you park your car, they break into it," says Aritha Blyden.
Harun Miguel, another victim, says his car was broken into twice a month. He's resorted to paying $200 a month to keep his car in a lot.
To combat the break-ins, Blyden says there needs to be lights and cameras on the street.
Residents also say the perpetrator seems to strike at night just for fun, without stealing anything.
News 12 didn't immediately hear back from police regarding any additional information on the break-ins.
