Friends are remembering the victims of a deadly triple shooting last week in Castle Hill.

Police say Mustafa Tarver, 33, Christopher Alleyne, also 33, and Arileida Jiminez, 45, were fatally shot last Thursday outside of a stationary store on Castle Hill Avenue. Police identified the suspect as 51-year-old Sam Cross.

Tarver and Alleyne lived at the Castle Hill Houses, where dozens of candles, some with hopeful words written on them, have been lit in their memory.

A friend of Tarver's called him "a lovely person."

An arrest has not been made. Police ask anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
