Homicide victim honored in Parkchester
A Bronx father and would-be college graduate was remembered Saturday by family and friends after he was shot to death in Parkchester.
Dozens gathered at a vigil for 40-year-old Duvall Connell.
His family says Connell was only one class away from getting his degree in psychology.
Police say Connell was shot on Glebe Avenue by two men on Wednesday.
Connell's funeral and burial service will be next week.
No arrests have been made.
