Crowds are continuing to come from far and wide to pay respects to Lesandro “Junior” Guzman-Feliz, the teen killed after being attacked in front of a Bronx bodega.
The story of Guzman-Feliz’s short life and brutal killing has been widely on social media since his death last Wednesday.

Word has continued to spread, as has a memorial from him on the corner of Bathgate Avenue and East 183rd Street. Candles, pictures and more have taken over the area.
Friends of Guzman-Feliz are also asking visitors to sign a petition to turn the Cruz and Chiky Grocery Store into a recreational center.
They hope to have the rec center and a street named after Guzman-Feliz opened by the end of the year.
