Officials: 27-year-old man stabbed by suspect with 2 knives in Claremont

A Bronx man managed to escape an attack by a suspect with two knives Monday in Claremont.
Surveillance cameras caught the incident on the corner of Selwyn Avenue and East 172 Street at around 2 p.m..
News 12 is told the 27-year-old victim was stabbed at least once in the back and once in the forehead before stumbling his way to Bronx Lebanon Hospital for treatment. He is expected to make a full recovery.
Detectives say the victim told them he didn't know his attacker.
The suspect is still on the loose and is believed to be about 5 feet 7 inches with a ponytail.
