Police say they are investigating why a man shot and injured four people outside a local lounge in Allerton Saturday.
They say a gun was fired just after 4 a.m. on the corner of Racliff Avenue and Williamsbridge Road.
According to police, a dispute inside the Bruxelles Lounge nearby led to the violence. They say the victims range from 21 to 27 years old.
All four victims were rushed to the hospital Saturday morning. Their conditions are currently unknown.
A wanted poster has been posted for 25-year-old Jordan Frederick, who police say is connected to the shooting.
The owner of the lounge tells News 12 his business and the fight aren't connected, and that Frederick wasn't inside the private birthday party at the lounge that night. He insists his bouncers always check guests for identification and weapons.
The owner also says the party ended without any issues around 3 a.m.
The NYPD has confirmed via Twitter that they have arrested a suspect for his involvement in the crime. Officials have not confirmed if the person they arrested was Frederick.
