The man accused of a deadly stabbing after a road rage incident in the Bronx has turned himself into police, investigators say.

Officials say Juan Garcia, 47, turned himself into authorities at the 47th Precinct Wednesday where he admitted to the fatal stabbing. 

Garcia is accused of stabbing to death 25-year-old Billy Sierra after Sierra allegedly flipped Garcia off following a road rage incident in the Bronx on Tuesday evening.

The incident happened at the intersection of Eastchester Place and Hollers Avenue around 7 p.m.

Police say Sierra was riding inside of a car with friends when they came upon another car that appeared to have crashed.

Investigators say Sierra got into a dispute with Garcia and another group of men inside of the disabled vehicle before allegedly giving them the finger.

According to police, Sierra and his friends took off, but were followed by Garcia and the other group of men who got into an undamaged Toyota Camry.

Police say both cars stopped and Sierra was confronted by Garcia who stabbed him in the shoulder.

Sierra was rushed to Jacobi Medical Center but later died, police say.

Garcia is expected to be formally arraigned in court sometime Thursday.
