Port Authority: 2 taken into custody after bomb threat on JetBlue flight

Two people were taken into custody Wednesday after they were accused of making a bomb threat on a JetBlue flight arriving at Newark Liberty International Airport.

Two people were taken into custody Wednesday after they were accused of making a bomb threat on a JetBlue flight arriving at Newark Liberty International Airport.
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey reports that the threat came in around 10:14 a.m.
JetBlue Flight 2028 was traveling from Orlando to Newark with 100 passengers on board.
A spokesperson for the Port Authority says that the Essex County Bomb Squad checked out the plane and found there were no explosives on board.
News 12 New Jersey has obtained a video showing two people being taken off the plane escorted by police officers.
It was not clear what charges they could be facing.
