Red Hook hosts finale of ePrix this weekend

Hundreds gathered in Red Hook for the New York City ePrix Saturday.

Hundreds gathered in Red Hook for the New York City ePrix Saturday.
This is the third time the electric car race has been brought to Brooklyn.
The weekend's races mark the 12th round of the season. Other rounds were held in different cities around the world, but this weekend marked its grand finale,
Fans who came out to the event also had the opportunity to explore Model E cars, race simulations and food vendors from the borough.
In between races, fans enjoyed other activities in the E Village set up in the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal.
The final round will be held Sunday. The gates open at 7 a.m.
