Caria says business is not as usual as the world continues to fight through the coronavirus pandemic. He says small businesses like his need more support.
"For the past two weeks, it has been like just very very slow. In 35 years, I've never seen anything like it," said Caria.
He says he knows state and city officials are asking everyone who can to stay home, but shutting down his business for the foreseeable future would be a nightmare for him and his employees.
Caria tells News 12, for now, he's going to keep his salon open, until he's told otherwise.
