Charges against a suspended student at Lehman College accused of posting online threats against the school have been dismissed. 

Police say 27-year-old Eugene Manu was charged with making terroristic threats, but those cases have been dismissed at this time. 

Manu allegedly said he would get his revenge after he was suspended. It's unclear what prompted his suspension.

Lehman College released a statement that said in part, "The safety of Lehman students, faculty, staff and visitors is a topmost priority, and we will continue to work closely with the NYPD during its investigation."
