There are virtual workouts for adults. What about kids?
Since the pandemic altered everyday life, gyms and personal trainers alike have been offering classes online. It's one way adults can help their mental and physical health while social distancing. But what is there for kids?
Urban Air, a chain of indoor trampoline parks, has some ideas to keep kids active and entertained.
"This is a great opportunity for kids to exercise both their bodies and their creativity," says co-founder David Wolmetz. "We believe in connecting through shared activity, and this is a great time to bond with your family – maybe through games that bring about a bit of nostalgia."

The company offers some throwback activities on its website, like coloring sheets and photo hunts. But they're working on more.
"We’ll be launching At Home Warrior Courses and fun Urban Air themed recipes you can do at home," Wolmetz said. "And depending on how long this goes on, we have lots of other interactive ideas in mind."
He suggests parents build their own warrior courses to see who makes it through the fastest, and outdoor games, like scavenger hunts or races.

"Even something as simple as taking a walk is a way to keep your body active," he said. "But, on top of everything, we’re just encouraging families to try to make the best of the situation by enjoying the time with their families when they can. We’ll all get through this, and when we do, we can’t wait to welcome you back into our parks."
