Trial begins in case of murdered toddler David Pacheco
A trial for the case of the toddler that was hit by a stray bullet back in 2006 began Monday.
According to police, David Pacheco, 2, was fatally hit by a stray bullet while sitting in a car at Harrison and East Tremont Avenue.
No charges were made in the case until seven years later, when police arrested Darryl Hemphill.
Hemphill was in North Carolina at the time of his arrest and has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
