yesterdayPolice have arrested two men who shot at a moving car in Melrose during the summer.
Ahmed Sheikh, 19, of Manhattan and Omar Muthana, 20, of Yonkers were both charged with attempted murder.
The incident happened on July 24 in front of 2980 Park Ave. just after 7 p.m. One of the men fired shots at a moving car multiple times, according to police. Then, they escaped from the scene in a black Jeep.
