NY gives in-state tuition to students impacted by hurricanes

ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - New York will give in-state tuition rates to students from Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands who were displaced by recent hurricanes. The State University of New York Board of Trustees approved the initiative on Friday at the direction of Gov. Andrew Cuomo, a Democrat. SUNY Board Chairman H.
