Woman honors victims of racial injustice with ‘Say Their Names’ memorial at Bushwick
Joyce Kam and her friends set up 186 black and white photos of victims who lost their lives either at the hands of police or from hate crimes at the Say Their Names Memorial at Bushwick Inlet Park.
