The search for a young Bronx boy continues after police confirmed that the body of his friend Garrett Warren, 13, was found in the East River near Harlem.

Warren's body was found right over the bridge where police say the two young boys were last seen Friday night. The NYPD says they are focusing their search for Alfa Barrie, 11, near that area as well.

On Thursday, the NYPD Harbor Unit found a body in the East River near Harlem and was later identified as Warren's when it was brought to their unit on Randall's Island.

Medical examiners said an examination of Warren's body would be done Friday. It's still unclear how Warren's body ended up in the river.
