The 13-year-old boy who nearly drowned at Prospect Park lake in June has died, according to the boy's GoFundMe page.
Ricky Joassaint was pulled from the lake on June 13 and was in a coma ever since the near drowning.
The GoFundMe page was started by his father to help raise funds for his medical bills.
An update was posted Wednesday stating Joassaint passed away after spending time with his mother who traveled from the Caribbean to be by his bedside.
