The FBI and NYPD are intensifying their search for potential victims in a disturbing child sexual exploitation case involving Ramel Warner, also known as "Menah."

Warner was indicted last month on one count of sexual exploitation of a child, and investigators believe there may be additional victims.

The case came to light after Warner allegedly raped a child in 2022 while babysitting. Disturbingly, he is accused of recording six videos of the assault and distributing them on the dark web.

This act has prompted a wider investigation, as authorities fear Warner may have victimized other children.

Court documents reveal a troubling pattern of access to children. Warner has reportedly worked with afterschool programs in Brooklyn and, at the time of his arrest, was involved in a dance group for minors operating out of a local middle school.

This close contact with children has raised serious concerns among investigators, leading them to believe that the number of victims may be higher than initially known.

A recent press release from the FBI underscored the urgency of the situation, stating their belief that additional children may have been exploited by Warner. They are urging anyone with information to come forward.

The FBI, in conjunction with the NYPD, is actively searching for potential victims. They are urging parents, guardians, and any individuals with information about sexual exploitation by Warner to contact them. The investigation is ongoing, and the FBI is committed to bringing anyone involved to justice.

If you are a parent or guardian who believes your child may have had contact with Warner, or if you are a potential victim yourself, please contact the FBI immediately. Any information, no matter how small it may seem, could be crucial to this investigation.

Anyone with information related to this case is urged to contact the FBI at RWarnerCase@fbi.gov.
