Police have arrested a man in connection to a fatal shooting in June.

Pedro Cruz, 27, was arrested and charged Wednesday with murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.

Police say Cruz fatally shot Victor Bautista, 38, in the chest outside of D’mi Muñeca Grocery on Trinity Avenue after an argument on June 17. Bautista was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln and pronounced dead.

Surveillance cameras from the bodega captured the incident. Advocates with the United Bodegas of America are calling for the installation of panic buttons and giving the NYPD real-time access to bodega cameras.
