A woman was found dead in the water in Red Hook on Saturday afternoon, according to investigators.
Police told News 12 the discovery happened at 210 Clinton Wharf just before 4 p.m.
The woman was found unconscious and unresponsive lying face down in the water, investigators say.
EMS pronounced the woman dead on scene.
It was not immediately clear how the woman ended up in the water.
